					My BMW was overheating and I drove over to European Import Service right after the shop had closed on a... read moreMy BMW was overheating and I drove over to European Import Service right after the shop had closed on a Sunday afternoon and everyone had left.  As a female that knows very little about cars, I was very distressed and chanced calling the shop on the slight possibiliy anyone could help provide any guidance since I was already at the location.  Luckily Victor answered the phone and even though he had left and was far away from the shop, he drove an hour back to the shop, and opened it just so he could check out my vehicle.  He didn't want me driving on the road in case the engine would get damaged.  I was so overjoyed and shocked he would go to such lengths.  He did a thorough inspection, made sure the car had enough fluids, calmed me down, and diagnosed the issue.  He said I could drive my car home as I lived a few miles away, but to keep an eye on it until I could come back during business hours the next day where he would arrange to make sure I was in as soon as possible.  Later that day, he called me to make sure I had reached my home safely.  I am beyond grateful for his caring nature, trustworthiness, and honesty.  He is a great mechanic that will do everyone right!! read less

					Had my sons car towed here from another shop after spending a ton of money to get the head gasket... read moreHad my sons car towed here from another shop after spending a ton of money to get the head gasket repaired. The last shop couldn't fix the car, it wouldn't run without overheating or being in limp mode. Then eventually wouldn't even start. This shop had the car running before the end of the day. They went through everything and found that the relays were grounding out, wire harness wasn't properly connect to the crank sensor and they fixed the sticky thermostat that had just been replaced with the head gasket. 



It's been 3 months and my sons Audi is still running better than ever!! read less
